Battery pack of an Electric vehicle is a huge source of energy and it can be used for not just fueling the electric vehicle but can be utilized for other purposes such as vehicle to home, vehicle to grid, vehicle to vehicle mode of charging. We can also modify the charging modes for our convenience. This paper is about fast charging methods of electric vehicle and also to understand vehicle to home mode of operation of charging. Here, BMS State, peak current, Balance condition, state of charge and cell temperature of battery during boost, optimum, normal charging as well as discharging condition of battery of electric vehicle at the time of vehicle to home mode of operation of charging are investigated. Also, fault condition related study is also presented. MATLAB based simulation is presented to establish the findings.
