Conducting tactical pilot training in an authentic simulation environment increases training's efficiency and effectiveness. A state-of-the-art surrogate modeling technique, Polynomial Chaos Expansion (PCE), was used to generate Surrogate model that estimates the scenario outcome. Subsequently additional scenarios are generated based on the trained pilot's skill level estimated from the model. The scenarios were adapted based on geometric distribution of the adversaries impacting the encountered tactical situation. With an emphasis on increasing the realism of synthetic training, the scenario adaptation was researched and evaluated at the ground-based synthetic simulation facility at the Faculty of Information Technology, Brno University of Technology.
