This paper investigates consensus problems for multi-agents with external disturbances on fixed topologies. A control or protocol with time delay is taken into consideration. In order to overcome the singular effect of the agents, a model transformation is made and then the original system is changed into a reduced-order system. Based on this reduced-order system, a condition under which all agents reach consensus with the desired H∞ performance is presented. Two remarks are used to state the main contribution in this analysis.
