We experimentally demonstrate the use of a only 1-m long Bi/sub 2/O/sub 3/ based nonlinear fiber with a nonlinearity /spl gamma/ of sim;1100 W/sup -1/km/sup -1/ within an all-fiberized 80 Gbit/s OTDM data demultiplexer based on polarization rotation and XPM induced wavelength shift. Error-free demultiplexing of all 8 channels is readily achieved.
