With the rapid development of civil aviation and UAV technology, the flight situation in low-altitude airspace is becoming more and more complicated, and the possibility of aircraft conflict is greatly increased. By integrating ADS-B and photoelectric turntable, a low-altitude aircraft conflict detection approach was proposed. First, the BeiDou satellite navigation position information of the low-altitude aircraft is obtained through the ADS-B ground station receiver, then the position data is sent to the laptop computer through the serial communication interface/network, finally the photoelectric turntable is controlled by the turntable program to move, and the real-time surveillance image from the photoelectric turntable device is displayed on the laptop computer. Through combining ADS-B with optoelectronic turntable, not only the latitude, longitude and altitude information of low-altitude aircraft can be obtained in real-time, but also the current flight status of the aircraft can be observed in time on the screen, which is of great practical significance to avoid flight conflicts.
