The real-time processing of flight test data on board refers to the process of decoding, calculating, storing, analyzing, and monitoring flight test parameters in real-time in the onboard environment. It is an important means for flight test personnel to obtain real-time information on the operational status of key flight systems and is crucial for ensuring flight safety. A complete online pre-processing system for domestic large passenger aircraft has been developed based on on-site requirements. The system adopts X86 mode and realizes online pre-processing of flight test data, forwarding of some flight test parameters, and file based storage of engineering flight test data, solving the efficiency problem of flight test data delivery. However, the centralized processing architecture cannot meet the real-time analysis and application needs of users for various upper level data; At the same time, it is difficult to meet current needs in complex analysis, intelligent monitoring, and other aspects, so it is necessary to develop a new airborne real-time data processing platform. The airborne high-speed real-time data processing platform is planned to adopt the VPX architecture, which has high-performance computing capabilities, high-speed data transmission, modular design, reliability and redundancy, standardized interfaces, and technical features such as anti vibration and anti impact. It can meet the data processing, analysis, and monitoring needs of various airborne real-time flight test scenarios, improve the response efficiency of various customized scenarios, reduce system coupling, avoid the influence between platform application services or software, and improve system stability.
