To meet the requirement of DC energy conversion in auxiliary power system, a unidirectional isolated resonant switched capacitor converter (UI-RSCC) is proposed in this paper. Based on analysis of the UI-RSCC topology and parasitic capacitor effect, CDD auxiliary circuit is introduced to suppress the voltage oscillation. Both operation principle and soft switching conditions are discussed in detail. The feasibility and effectiveness of the topology and control method are verified through experiments. The results showed that compared to U-IRSCC, the average efficiency increases by 0.39% with the adoption of CDD auxiliary circuit.
