Resolver is a sensor which measures the position of PMSM motor for using vector control to drive. However an offset of resolver can be occurred while mounting it so that accurate position cannot be detected. In this study, resolver offset calibration which performed at the EOL (End of Line) process in the factory is replaced by performing it in driving situation of the vehicle. When motor controller requires resolver offset calibration, vehicle controller changes drive mode to make certain condition which motor controller can calibrate resolver offset by measuring d, q axis voltage of motor.
