At present, China’s Beidou navigation satellite system has fully completed the network, and also has the ability to provide satellite-based augmented services. To study the feasibility of applying SBAS flight procedures to China’s civil aviation industry, this paper discusses the difference between SBAS-based flight procedure and RNP APCH procedure in designment, expounds the details of the unique FAS DB in SBAS flight procedure and online FAS DB tool. The research shows that there are so many differences of designing between SABA and RNP APCH procedures, explained in detail the establishmentof FAS data block.
