With the recent development of the AI and smart technologies, this paper follows the trend and proposes the smart vehicle status service guarantee framework integrating vehicle-machine smart modules. In order to better serve car owners and realize the connection between the car and the cloud platform, it is essential to provide car owners with personalized push. In addition to the traditional functions of the radio, music video playback, and navigation, the current car functions already have 5G and also Telematics functions. Hence, in this paper, the combinational model is presented. We use the speech and also gesture recognition model to create the interactive scenario. Then, the systematic model is implemented. We tested the speech efficiency and the platform core code to achieve the better understanding of the model.
