Recently, the Indonesian government has made a heightened effort to urge the public to embrace electric vehicles. This encouragement extends to public transportation, including ride-hailing services, where the promotion of electric vehicles, particularly motorcycles, is actively underway. This study aims to explore the riding experience and satisfaction of electric motorcycle ride-hailing drivers for the green city. Data were collected from 30 respondents operating electric motorcycle ride-hailing services using questionnaires that covered demographic information, socio-economic factors, driving experience, and Likert-scale questionnaires to measure the perceived experiences of electric motorcycle ride-hailing drivers. The study employed Spearman's rank correlation to compare the relationships between various factors. The factors analyzed included accessibility, economy, Quality, Comfort, acceleration, environmental impact, and Safety. The results revealed significant correlations perceived by electric motorcycle ride-hailing drivers. Notably, there were significant correlations between Accessibility and Quality, Comfort, and Safety. Additionally, Quality exhibited significant correlations with Comfort and Safety, while Comfort showed significant correlations with Safety. However, no significant correlations were found for Economy, Acceleration, and Environmental factors. This study provides valuable insights into the factors contributing to the perceived riding experience and satisfaction of electric motorcycle ride-hailing drivers, offering implications for improving service quality and designing future electric mobility solutions.
