In this paper, the 2.45 GHz rectifier antenna design is presented and the frequency tunable antenna design is proposed by integrating varactor shunt switch technology. The DC output can be 1.8V when the input RF power is 20 dBm. The antenna is tunable by 500 MHz by integration of a ferroelectric varactor.
