This research presents a pioneering approach to tackle the rising issue of scams plaguing the automotive industry, focusing particularly on the vulnerabilities associated with Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs). By leveraging advanced steganographic techniques for encryption and the robustness of blockchain technology, this study offers a comprehensive solution aimed at enhancing security, transparency, and countering fraud within the automotive ecosystem. The proposed methodology entails embedding steganographic images onto various parts of vehicles, bolstering authentication mechanisms and enabling efficient tracking of vehicle histories, crucial for used car transactions. Moreover, the incorporation of blockchain, specifically Hyperledger Fabric, into the automotive supply chain management ensures a secure, reliable, tamper-proof, and transparent framework, thereby mitigating the risks posed by fraudulent activities. The study aims to revolutionize existing industry systems, uphold safety measures, and instill confidence among consumers and stakeholders, ultimately fostering a resilient and secure automotive environment.
