There are lots of controlled and uncontrolled objects revolving around the Earth. 18th Space Defense Squadron (18th SPCS) periodically provides the orbits of these objects, which are in their catalog. These orbits are provided in different formats like TLE, SP Vectors and SP Ephemeris. The TLE (Two Line Elements) are publicly available. Whereas, SP (Special Perturbations) Vector and SP Ephemeris are available after a special agreement. This study is motivated on to use SP Vectors for conjunction analysis instead of TLE and/or SP Ephemeris, which is the case for TURKSAT fleet in GEO arc. For a case study, the orbit of a selected space debris gathered from its‘ SP Vector and propagated before comparing with its SP Ephemeris for different propagation durations. To propagate the SP Vector, an in house developed propagator is used and the performance of this tool is shown with correlation coefficients. The results, for all in position and velocity, approaches to ‘1.0’. TURKSAT Conjunction Tool is also presented with the used principles. Finally, detailed information is given regarding to TURKSAT experience with avoidance maneuvers executed in the past.
