In today’s world almost every road has to deal with a drainage problem at some point. Whether the condition has caused from too various rain events in the season and not sufficient pitch to your patch to efficiently route the water away from the road, house or something else. There are permanently solutions to the difficulty. We projected a solar based reversible battery performed vehicle which is capable for road painting by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and microcontrollers as well as it resolve the drainage issue. The road marking offer 5 to 8 years of provision life depending on the traffic environment to the drivers. The key rewards of a decent drainage system are: active removal of rainwater out of the road surface and its backgrounds, road structures that remain dry, better bearing capacity, and a road that is nice and nonviolent to drive. To reach high excellence and high manufacturing, four quadrants switching circuit is used. The designed system provides better performance in terms of painting of road and solving the issue of drainage.
