The unmanned aerial vehicles system application for solving problems of group monitoring in extreme conditions is considered. The multicriteria analysis efficiency method of group monitoring system based on unmanned aerial vehicles is proposed. The multicriteria analysis is based on the assessment of the unmanned aerial vehicles number influence on the performance indicators of the monitoring system: reliability, timeliness and functional stability. An example of using regression analysis methods to determine the timeliness model parameters is given. Similarly, recognition reliability model parameters of observation objects can be determined. The unmanned aerial vehicles optimal number for the monitoring system using the multicriteria generalized objective function method has been determined.
