The vehicle dynamics performance will gradually become worse with the increase of the operating mileage. After the improvement of a certain type of locomotive whose dynamic stability is close to the limit, a verification test of the improvement effect is carried out on the vehicle. According to the TB/T2360-93, the Sperling index of the vehicle before and after the improvement and the parameters of the normal operation and the type test under specific working conditions are compared. It is proved that the improvement of the locomotive whose dynamic stability is close to the limit is successful. The dynamics performance of the locomotive has improved.
