The lattice sandwich structure is a kind of lightweight and multifunctional material with wide application prospect which can meets the heat preservation and load bearing requirements of the spacecraft. The thermo-mechanical coupling performance of two typical lattice sandwich structures, the Kagome type and the tetrahedral type were studied in this paper. Firstly, the temperature field distribution data under different heating conditions of these two structures was obtained by the numerical simulation which was in good agreement with experimental results. Then, the numerical data was introduced into the finite element model as boundary condition to analysis the thermo-mechanical coupling and bearing capacity of these two lattice sandwich structures by. Calculation results showed that the Kagome type was better than the tetrahedral type on the bearing capacity, which could be more conducive in the high temperature environment and met the requirements of thermal insulation.
