A dual-hop free space optics (FSO) and underwater visible light communication (UVLC) are a promising alternative signaling approach of next-generation wireless networking system. Nevertheless, the channel turbulence and the pointing errors are the bottlenecks in optical communication. In this regard, the performance of dual-hop mixed optical communication enabled a decode-and-forward (DF) relay protocol under consideration of strong turbulence and transceivers misalignment is proposed. In contrast, the both of the optical links are modeled by intensity modulation and direct detection (IM/DD) under consideration of pulsed amplitude modulation (PAM) scheme, and followed by Gamma-Gamma (GG) distribution model within the moderatestrong turbulence channel conditions. The Closed-form expressions in terms of probability density function (PDF) and cumulative density function (CDF) are analytically derived to obtain the outage probability and bit-error-rate (BER) performance matrices. Aggregating of the whole work, the extended generalized bivariate Meijer-G function (EGBMGF) is implemented and the results are simulated through the Monte-Carlo approach for validation of the simulated outcomes.
