In order to reduce the TCAS warning rate when the transport and training flights operate at the same airport, the TCAS warning factors of the transport and training flights during the final independent parallel approaching were studied. The working principle of the TCAS system is briefly introduced, and the aircraft conflict detection model is established. The motion model of transport and training aircraft during final independent parallel approaching is established, and the Monte Carlo method is used to generate a large number of initial parameters for flight simulation. The TCAS warning rate and the flight data of each waring are obtained through a large number of simulations. Using the control variable method, the factors that affect the TCAS warning rate, such as the speed difference, sensitivity level, lateral separation, and longitudinal separation between the two aircraft, are analyzed. The research results show that the warning rate is positively correlated with the speed difference and negatively correlated with the lateral separation. Most of the warnings occur at 4 sensitivity level. The increase of the longitudinal separation will cause the warning rate to increase first and then decrease, and the warning rate will peak when the transport aircraft is 875m behind the training aircraft.
