The manufacturing industries are rapidly revolutionised by the growth of automotive manufacturers and their roles in our everyday lives. Owing to a steady rise in population and emissions, there is an increase in the demand for CVT based scooters especially in third world countries. This leads to higher probability of the occurrence of an accident. This paper proposes a smart active safety system in which a load sensor is incorporated with the brake system during unmanned conditions of the vehicle. Thus, the unintended acceleration by the rider is prevented thereby reducing the consequences of the accident.
