This paper proposes an integrated approach for signal timing and bus trajectory planning, which aims to reduce travel delays and improve driving comfort during bus travel and let the bus drive through the intersection with the green light while minimizing the impact on the social traffic flow or reduce bus waiting time at intersections. The proposed controller is suitable for fully networked scenarios, where information can be exchanged between vehicles and infrastructure in real-time via v2x. The problem is described as a mixed integer linear programming problem, and a suitable bus trajectory planning and transit signal priority(TSP) is obtained by solving it. Finally, combined with SUMO's TRACI interface and python co-simulation, the proposed method is tested in a fully networked vehicle environment. The test results show that the travel delay of the bus is significantly reduced, the comfort is improved, and the green light can pass through the intersection, reducing the waiting time at the intersection.
