In this paper, An adaptive dynamic inversion control scheme integrated with control allocation module is presented for an uncertain aircraft system. Through the online estimation for system uncertainties, the adaptive controller implements the basic system output tracking. Considering the deficiencies of the controller in rudders oversaturation and malfunction, a control allocation module based on quadratic programming algorithm is adopted to increase the use ratio of rudder loop and the reliability of the system. Simulation studies verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
