The fixed position of electrostatic accelerometer will affect the measurement result of non-gravity accelerations which act upon the satellite directly. The proof mass center of electrostatic accelerometer needs to be positioned precisely at the center of mass of satellite in order to avoid measurement disturbance due to accelerations which are caused by gravity gradient and attitude coupling. In practice, the center of mass of satellite could be drifted due to restriction of measurement and environment before launch and distortion, gas consumption during launch and orbit phase. Therefore, the algorithm research of on-orbit center of mass calibration based on batch estimation theory is put forward in detail which uses electrostatic accelerometer, gyro and magnetometer as calibration sensors. The associated computational simulation shows that the calibration accuracy could be 0.03mm along x axis and 0.01mm along y and z axis if appropriate parameters are designed.
