The high-precision mass center adjusting system comprises a first mass center adjusting mechanism, a second mass center adjusting mechanism, a third mass center adjusting mechanism, a fourth mass center adjusting mechanism, a fifth mass center adjusting mechanism and a sixth mass center adjusting mechanism, and the satellite in each degree-of-freedom direction can use two mass center adjusting mechanisms to work; and a mass block is arranged in each mass center adjusting mechanism, and the mass blocks are mounted on the sliding guide rails. The system has the advantages that the mass center adjusting mechanism system is arranged, and the sliding lead screw is controlled to adjust the position of the mass block on the sliding guide rail, so that high-precision mass center adjustment of an on-orbit satellite is achieved.
