With the development and popularity of electricity, electronic components gradually enter our lives. Through continuous development and progress, electronic component parameter testing is becoming more and more accurate and intelligent. In order to achieve accurate testing of electronic device parameters, an intelligent identification of resistance, capacitance, inductance, diode and can measure the parameters of the device is designed. The experimental results show that the design meets the requirements and can measure the parameters of electronic devices such as resistors, capacitors, inductors and diodes and automatically identify them. The system adopts ADS1256 high-precision digital-to-analog converter chip for data acquisition, processes the converted digital signal through STM32 microcontroller, and cooperates with the OLED display module to achieve the automatic identification and parameter display of multiple components.
