With the development of satellite manufacturing technology, the cooperative operations among the satellites, aerial vehicles and ground stations are easy to implement. In this paper, we analyse the performance for space-air-ground integrated (SAGI) passive localization using time difference of arrival (TDOA) measurements. Based on different combinations of the satellites, aerial vehicles and ground stations, we derive the Cramér Rao lower bound (CRLB) for the localization accuracy and analyse the effect of clock synchronization errors. Finally, simulation results reveal the theoretical performance of the SAGI passive localization using TDOA measurements.
