In recent years several Space Agencies have performed plans for a return to the moon to create bases for scientific and technological missions. Unfortunately, importing equipment and other materials from our planet could mean an excessive cost in terms of money, besides the fact that many missions could be required. So it's necessary create lunar bases using also In-Situ resources. In a sustainable way the project aims to study a new additive manufacturing system using regolith present on the lunar surface. Once the regolith has been extracted, the aim is to process it to create small and large artefacts, housing included. Unlike other studies this mission uses only two simple elements, like two rovers and an innovative linkage mechanism to connect them which will be explained in this paper. After the connection mechanism and the 3D printer will be described, the advantages and disadvantages of a configuration of this type will be analysed.
