The research focus of RFID technology based on license plate is to improve service quality, reduce traffic accidents and improve road safety. It has been proved that RFID based technology can be used to improve traffic control and reduce congestion in urban areas. The main goal of this research is to develop a new vehicle recognition system, which will provide more accurate vehicle information than the current system, and can recognize them even if they park or move slowly. This will allow better monitoring and management of urban traffic flow, thereby reducing accidents and vehicle pollution.It is part of the "intelligent transportation road traffic management system" project, which aims to develop a system that can automatically identify vehicles registered in different states or regions. The system uses radio frequency identification (RFID) for automatic toll collection systems at many border crossings across Japan, as well as other applications.
