Establishing an Evaluation Framework for the Efficiency of Unmanned Helicopter Inspection in Forest Fires to promote the comprehensive application of unmanned helicopter inspections. Considering the influencing factors of unmanned helicopter inspections, a hierarchical evaluation indicator system is constructed, consisting of 4 primary indicators, 8 secondary indicators, and 17 tertiary indicators. The combination weighting method based on game theory is employed to determine the optimal combination weights for each indicator. Cloud models are applied to build technical and efficiency evaluation models for unmanned helicopter inspections. The effectiveness of the evaluation model is validated in the Qilian Mountains forest, demonstrating its objectivity and comprehensiveness. This model fills a gap in the evaluation of unmanned helicopter inspection efficiency for forest fires, providing valuable references for practical forest fire prevention and inspection strategies.
