Controller design and catastrophic course simulation in process of heavy cargo off aircraft are presented. In the moment of cargo off the aircraft, the aircraft mathematical model is changed simultaneously. It is difficult to switch controller accurately. In this condition, coordinate design with restriction and robust design for interval systems are proposed. Both methods improve the response of the system in contrast to the traditional separate design when the driver operates at wrong time, and the variation of altitude is controlled between 15 meters. It meets engineering need, so the safety of airdrop can be ensured.
