At present, most of the cleaning vehicles do not have the functions of recycling sewage, and the consumption rate of water resources is too fast, resulting in the decline of the driving capacity of the cleaning vehicles. After the cleaning, sewage is discharged directly, leading to the waste of water resources and environmental pollution. In view of the above problems, this study designs the sewage reuse system of cleaning vehicle according to the basic structure of cleaning vehicle, and established a complete sewage treatment system. The system includes the fan, water level sensor and filtration system and so on, which filters the sewage, converts it into clear water and recycles it to the clear water tank, to realize the recycling of sewage. The multi-stage filtration system is adopted to improve the filtration efficiency and accuracy, so that the filtered sewage can achieve the effect of re-cleaning, and meet the requirements of high-pressure water pumps and high-pressure nozzles. Through the simulation of the filter system, the system benefit model is established, and the calculated results fit well with the experimental data, which verifies the rationality of the research. The experimental results show that the system can save water consumption, prolong the single operation time of vehicles, and reduce the cost of cleaning vehicles.
