Auto disturbance-rejection controller method is applied to the design of autopilot for hypersonic rocket based combined cycle(RBCC) vehicle. At first, the characteristics and the main challenge of control system design for RBCC vehicle are analyzed, and the control system model with disturbance is established. Then, two close loops design method is proposed for the RBCC vehicle control system. The simulation results show that the designed system attains high dynamic performance and steady-state performance and the controller has excellent robustness performance.
