In this paper, new schemes of radiation-balanced laser are proposed. In the first scheme, the pumping radiation is absorbing on the central wavelength of one impurity that excites another impurity by nonradiative up-conversion energy transfer with absorption of phonon and the second impurity serves for the generation of radiation and withdrawal of thermal energy with induced radiation. The second scheme of laser cooling by induced radiation in pulsed regime is proposed for pulsed solid-state lasers when pumping by one pulse with lower frequency and inducing radiation by another pulse with higher frequency. The value of final temperature and solutions for kinetics of process in such cooling schemes are theoretically obtained.
