By using a macroscopic model based on effective medium theory, we have analyzed the s-and p-polarized far infrared magnetoplasmon spectra of doped CdTe-Cd1xMnx, Te Multi quantum wells in the presence of a static magnetic field parallel to surface of layer. The results show the transverse optical modes (for whole composition range, x= 0 to 1) are sensitive and change linearly with respect to composition parameter. Also, the analysis of tensor of dielectric function and Voigt dielectric function are used to determine carrier's effective masses (hole and electron) as a function of composition. The results are compared with data from Raman and far infrared measurements.
