With the development of space technology, the missions of modern satellites are becoming more complicated. Therefore, it is essential to maintain a satellite’s attitude to perform specific missions successfully. Sending satellites into space is time-consuming and expensive, making their on-ground testing necessary and crucial. This paper proposes a hardware-in-the-loop simulation system to verify the satellite attitude control system. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation system is a low-cost solution for mimicking a gravity-free environment, allowing the satellite attitude control to perform as it will be in space.
