This paper presents the implementation of an expert system for selecting the optimal transport route for cargo transportation, taking into account the influencing factors. The relevance of the designed application is due to the fact that transport companies and individual cargo carriers, in order to provide high-quality services, need to more accurately predict the intervals of cargo delivery, ensure competent planning of work volumes. The expert system is implemented on the basis of a mobile application. The optimal route is based on fuzzy logic and spatial data using geoinformation technologies. For the development of a mobile application, the most effective tools were selected: the Android Studio integrated development environment, Java as a programming language. To get information about weather conditions, the OpenWeatherMap API service was used. The shortest paths are calculated using Dijkstra's algorithm and Jena's algorithm. When developing the expert system, a simplified fuzzy inference algorithm was used. With this development, the authors contribute to the development of modern information technologies in the field of transport.
