Taking a high pressure common rail diesel engine as the research object. Measure and obtain the working rail pressure value of the diesel engine. After filtering, use it as the feedback value of the closed-loop control of rail pressure, and calculate the target value of the control of derailing pressure. Establish the rail pressure adaptive PID controller, which mainly includes rail pressure setting value calculation, rail pressure feedforward control, rail pressure controller parameter calculation, actuator output control and so on. Through the closed-loop control test of high pressure common rail fuel system, the effect of adaptive PID control of high pressure common rail is analyzed, and the key factors affecting the rail pressure control system are obtained, in order to provide reference for the development of high pressure common rail diesel engine controller.
