It can be hard to pinpoint a person or a moving object in a vast space like a building, business, factory, etc. This paper proposes a person monitoring system that can track an individual's location while deploying a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) beacons without any sensors. While people are moving, the BLE beacon broadcasts BLE advertising messages. In certain places, a beacon receiver (BR) was put in place to track down people's locations using changes in received signal strength (RSS) over time. The BLE beacon changes to an alternative beacon receiver based on the intensity of the received signal. The Bluetooth transmitter will be located by the ESP32 serving as a transceiver. The Bluetooth address and RSSI of the device being targeted will be picked up by the ESP32. Therefore, relying on the current state of the BLE beacon-beacon receiver link, the specific location of the person or object is ascertained. An application receives this information, which other users with a special user ID and password can access to learn the positions of a person or object. The application that has been built was made possible with the aid of new user and existing user login, as well as the option of prioritizing and permitting viewers ID based on the user's wish. Find a person's whereabouts with the aid of this initiative without upsetting them.
