With the rapid development of intelligent logistics, the intelligence of warehouse management has become the key to commercial competition. The traditional manual operation method is no longer sufficient to meet the needs of modern warehouse management, so there is an urgent need to introduce advanced technological means to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy. This article designs and implements an intelligent warehouse management system based on RFID and Faster RCNN image recognition algorithms. On the one hand, RFID technology is used to provide real-time 3D positioning information of goods, and on the other hand, Faster R-CNN is applied for fast and efficient object detection. The integration of two technologies can significantly improve the efficiency of warehousing and distribution. According to the experimental results, we can see that the average delivery time of the intelligent warehouse management system based on the RFID and Faster R-CNN model is $\mathbf{1 2. 7}$ hours, which is much shorter than the pure CNN method, which is $\mathbf{1 7. 7}$ hours. In comparison, the former is shorter by 5 hours. The RFID+Faster R-CNN method has a smaller range of delivery time fluctuation, which can maintain higher stability and adaptability in different environments.
