We proposed an improved Camshift algorithm for target tracking of police UAVs. To improve the traditional Camshift algorithm is vulnerable similar backgrounds, we propose an improved algorithm which combining LBP texture features with H and S extracted in HSV; By combining Kalman with Camshift, a prediction mechanism is introduced to improve the problem of easily influenced by object sheltering.
