A study is made following with computational analysis of the effect of icing when it forms on the wing of an aircraft. This computational analysis based model includes an entire wing segment whose airfoil distorts due to the formation of ice along the leading edge, all efforts directed towards the assessment and determination of the effects of this system on flight performance. This analysis will help us to understand the importance of anti-icing system for an aircraft
