A growing number of electric vehicle products come into the market. However, most of the present studies of electric cars ignore the car styling design. This paper does the researches on the electric cars consumer semantics. The genetic algorithm is used to modify the car styling based on the consumer semantics and analyze the characteristics of the customer preferred battery electric vehicles.
