A compact setup that integrate label-free imaging and microfluidics is presented. The system is a compact microscope built following the geometry of a Sagnac interferometer at the aim to analyze single cells flowing and rotating into the microfluidic circuits. The possibility to achieve sample-controlled rotation and its tomographic reconstruction is presented on Blood test samples. The system is the proof-of-concept that by reducing the hardware constrain compared to a bulk setup it is still possible to achieve tomographic images at single cell level. The results pave the way to a future development of a portable system exploitable for point-of care diagnostics.
