This paper proposes path loss characteristics for urban high-rise environments based on 0.75, 1, 2, 3, 4.5, 6, 10, 18, and 24 GHz measurements. We conducted a measurement campaign using 10- and 2-m-high omnidirectional antennas for transmitting (Tx) and receiving (Rx) sites, respectively. This paper reports the path loss and the parameters of the alpha-beta (AB). The proposed model would be useful for predicting electromagnetic fields located in real environments, and for planning cellular communication services.
