MLS flight verification is to compare the aircraft navigation information measured by MLS with the RTK position information as the benchmark to get the error, and then draw the conclusion of navigation service efficiency according to the error tolerance. In this paper, the system error of UAV MLS flight calibration system is deduced from the aspects of UAV flight speed, the distance between airborne MLS antenna and RTK antenna, aircraft attitude Angle and system time delay, etc. Combined with the actual data collected by UAV, the influence of each influence factor on different calibration subjects is simulated and verified by using the control variable method. Then, the applicability of UAV to carry out flight verification tasks is demonstrated. The results show that UAVs can be used to perform MLS flight verification tasks, and their effectiveness mainly depends on the flight performance of UAVs and their mission payload. Compared with manned aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has advantages in performing MLS close flight verification. Because the flight stability is not as good as that of man-machine, the CMN of various subjects of MLS flight calibration of UAV is not ideal, and the UAV attitude should be corrected.
