Due to a spurt in the growth and demand in the availability of cloud services, there is a need for a requirement to select the right cloud among the cloud services that provide a similar purpose. With vast diversity in the services provided by the cloud service providers, it is a very challenging task for the customer to select a cloud service. Multi-Criteria Decision-Making models are used to identify the most suitable cloud service. Grey Relational Analysis (GRA), Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS and Simple Additive Weight Method (SAW) are used to evaluate the ranking of the cloud providers based on performance. A contextual analysis demonstrates the capability of our proposed methodology, which shows the effectiveness when contrasted with other cloud service providers using these techniques.
