Transformers are the most crucial hardware components used in electrical networks since they are required for enabling voltage changes, energy transfer, and distribution. The underlying design of the transformer has stayed the same over a century, hence design efficacy is critical. In this research study, the transformer is developed and analyzed by using the finite element methodology (FEM). FEM is used to calculate the specifications of a genuine transformer and simulate the potential and strength of the electric field. There are simulations of the output frequency and precise symmetry. The finite element method is a particularly efficient method for determining various transformer factors. FEM is used to describe a suggested way of creating models in two and three dimensions of a 3 phase transformer based on the actual transformer requirements. It can solve problems with high precision and reduce the computational complexity in modelling the geometries. Electrical properties such as the imposed voltage, main and auxiliary electricity, core reduction, electromagnetic flux, and flux uniformity are investigated to evaluate the transformer's performance.
