The quasi-2D microsatellite integrates all electrical components into a single platelike structure, suitable for high-density launch in a stacked manner. Firstly, the concept of a fully functional satellite structure design is proposed. By taking a specific plate-shape as an example, the scheme of a quasi-two-dimensional microsatellite is illustrated. Secondly, an optimization method based on multi-objective evolutionary algorithm is introduced to optimize the structural layout of inner devices, and improve the flight control performance of the satellite. Finally, rapid prototyping is completed through additive manufacturing, and functional test are carried. The results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the mothed. The method can be extended and applied to the design of microsatellites of other shapes, and is suitable for the field of ultra-low-orbit spacecraft.
