Transit as a high efficiency method to solve the congestion problem has been put forward a very long time. Aiming at improving the transit schedule adherence as well as the transit priority efficiency, this paper presents a coordinated optimization model for Transit Signal Priority (TSP) under the environment of Connected Vehicle. The model focuses on the dedicated bus lane, and the control unit is between two successive bus stops, including all the intersections between them. A new sequence of providing priority to intersections between two successive stops has been proposed in order to guarantee the buses' schedule adherence and minimize the adverse impacts on general traffic. Two illustrative examples including time-space diagram based deterministic analysis and two sets of simulation tests have been done to test the proposed model. The proposed model decreased the variance of bus travel time and the delay of the direction of bus travel. Although the delay of other directions increased, the general traffic delay of each intersection remains the same or even lower compared with the original signal timing plan.
